Ann Nguyen, Chief Executive Officer and President
Ann founded the company in September of 1989 and was responsible for growing the company as a startup. Ann directs the day-to-day operations of the company and has generated a reputation for service unmatched in the industry. She graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Information Systems from California State University, Sacramento. Prior to founding Comtek, she served as a programmer for National Semiconductor Corporation in Santa Clara, California.

Dominick DeRosa, Chief Financial Officer
Dom has held numerous roles within the high technology and consumer electronics support industry over the preceding 18 years, specializing in finance, product support, and reverse logistics. His experience spans all areas of the service industry including call center environments, product repair operations, service logistics operations, and field service delivery. He has held key leadership roles such as Vice President of After-Market Service Operations at Celestica, North American Director of Service Operations for HP's Commercial Printing & Desktop Computing Products, and also North American Director of Repair Operations for Hewlett Packard. Dominick holds a Masters Degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of Texas at Austin.

Lee Nguyen, Vice President and General Manager
Lee oversees the operations at Comtek's Rocklin facilities. He graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and Computer Engineering. Lee has 23 years of experience in the electronics industry covering design, development, testing, repair, training and product support at companies that include Solectron and Sun Microsystems and has been with Comtek since 1989.

Ed Smith, Vice President and General Manager
Ed oversees the operations at Comtek's Rancho facilities. Ed has 23 years of experience in the high-tech industry, having held executive management positions with Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies. In these positions, Ed had global responsibilities for supply chain functions, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, order fulfillment, production, and information technology. Ed has lived in the Sacramento area since 1981. He has an undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University in Finance and Management, as well as an MBA from Golden Gate University in Marketing and Management.

Ken Ueltzen, Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Ken has 19 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and aftermarket product support. He began his manufacturing career at Unisys and Intel, followed by Packard Bell NEC where he was the Vice President of Manufacturing. Ken came from Dell Computer where he was the Director of Operations for the Home and Small Business PC Division. He has an Engineering Degree from Cal Poly and an MBA from Sacramento State University. Ken is the holder of two patents and has taught for the Graduate School of Business at Sacramento State University.
