Ann Nguyen:
Ms. Nguyen is Chief Executive Officer and the President.  Ms. Nguyen founded the company in September of 1989 and was responsible for growing the company from the start-up.  Ms. Nguyen directs the day-to-day operations of the company and has generated a reputation for service unmatched in the industry.  She graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in the Management of Information Systems from California State University, Sacramento.   Prior to founding Comtek, she served as a programmer for National Semiconductor Corporation in Santa Clara, California.

Ken Ueltzen:
Mr. Ueltzen is Vice President, General Manager with 19 years experience in electronics manufacturing and aftermarket product support. He began his manufacturing career at Unisys and Intel, followed by Packard Bell NEC where he was the Vice President of Manufacturing. Mr. Ueltzen came from Dell Computer where he was the Director of Operations for the Home and Small Business PC Division. He has an Engineering Degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from Sacramento State University. Mr. Ueltzen is the holder of two patents and has taught for the Graduate School of Business at Sacramento State University.

Lee Nguyen:
Mr. Nguyen is the Vice President of Technical Services. In this capacity, Mr. Nguyen oversees all activities of technical services. He graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 1986 with Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and Computer Engineering. Mr. Nguyen has 16 years of experience in the electronics industry covering design, development, testing, repair, training and product support at companies that include Solectron and Sun Microsystems. Mr. Nguyen has been with Comtek since 1989.

Tammy Kenber:
Ms. Kenber is the Company's Director of Human Resources. She joined the management team in 2005 after spending the majority of her career in the healthcare industry, leaving a senior post at Sutter Health managing Employee and Labor Relations for the health network's 29+ hospitals and medical foundations. Prior to Sutter, Ms. Kenber served as Director of Human Resources for Alta California Regional Center, a state agency that provides social services to Northern California's 20,000+ developmentally disabled. Prior to moving to Sacramento from the Bay Area, she worked for software giant and administrative services provider, ADP, managing HRIS/Payroll programs for large enterprise clients. Before working at ADP, Tammy served as the HR Manager at Regional Center of the East Bay, a state agency located in Oakland. Ms. Kenber has proven leadership abilities as well as a successful track record driving strategic organizational initiatives. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems from the University of Nebraska, as well as several professional certifications and designations. She lives in the Sierra foothills with her husband and two children.

Dominick Derosa:
Mr. Derosa joined Comtek in 2006 as its CFO. Mr. Derosa has held numerous roles within the high technology and consumer electronics support industry over the preceding eighteen years, specializing in finance, product support, and reverse logistics. His experience spans all areas of the service industry including call center environments, product repair operations, service logistics operations, and field service delivery. He has held key leadership roles such as Vice President of After-Market Service Operations at Celestica, North American Director of Service Operations for HP's Commercial Printing & Desktop Computing Products, and also North American Director of Repair Operations for Hewlett Packard. Mr. Derosa holds a Masters Degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Derosa lives in Rocklin with his wife and two children.

Paul Tran:
Paul Tran is the Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing, and has been with Comtek since 2002. Since coming aboard, Mr. Tran has been instrumental in increasing the company's customer base and market share, expanded the company into the semiconductor capital equipment industry, and a driving force for revenue growth. His charter is to ensure the company's objective for consistent revenue growth by continuing to serve our existing customers, expand the customer base, business diversification, new market penetration, while maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. He has extensive experience selling and marketing services to high-tech companies from "Fortune 500" companies to start-ups over the past 15 years. Prior to Comtek, he had a successful Executive Retained Search Company in the San Jose Bay Area that specialized in the high-technology industry. Mr. Tran has a BS in Business Administration (concentration in Marketing) from San Jose State University.
